It is the blue collar of bridges, the unsung utilitarian urban implement. I doesn’t have a proper name, only Structure Number 224004I in the city records. 2058.8 ft of steel assessed as “somewhat better than minimum adequacy to tolerate being left in place as is” at the last inspection.
